I've owned three of these. Back in the day the beautiful looks and stunning performance, at relatively low purchase cost were unparalleled. However this came at a cost of poor reliability, and rusting chassis problems. Today, with prices of £20k+ for a good one, and relatively poor acceleration compared to modern sports cars, you have to be a dedicated fan to justify owning one. Good luck to those of you in this category, but I now drive a Mk1 MX5, almost as much fun for 5% of the price.
