From the first day i bought the car new,It threw out blue smoke on starting from cold ,It went back to ford bridgend four times for cold starts,The first time they said it was the injectors,Then they said it was the heaters,Then the last twice they said there was nothing at all wrong with it,Still it filled my garage with smoke,On a few occasions it stalled on approaching lights or crossroads,There were no fuses in the windscreen heaters when bought,The last six cars i have bought have been ford diesels,But that was the last,I have now traded it in for my first foreign car,So much for Fords after-sales service,

Thought at first that it's a Fiesta not gonna be value for money and engine will poor but it's all the other way i found out that engine really nippy and that value was good but not too good i think that as an experienced car owner i think interior and exterior are the thing (And Fuel Economy) But what i think that ford should have done was to get rid of the awful Plastic interior because it spoils the looks.

Although I work for a ford dealer as a technician and have good technical knowledge, this is the first car I have owned and so far am totally enjoying it. My Ford Fiesta 1.4 Zetec 5dr car is aquarious, which although currently quite a rare colour, looks fantastic when washed. It pulls well, although not neck-brakingly, and is comfortable on reasonable journeys. I have experianced a few problems with my vehicle, such as stiff gears-which a new clutch sorted, and creaks on the clutch pedal return spring and tailgate hinges, which a bit of grease cured. Fuel consumption ranges between 32-37 MPG, which although is in spec of manufactures guidelines, I feel dis-appointing. Overall i'm well impressed with my vehicle, even though I knew what to expect from it having driven them before.
