We were given an E-Voucher as a gift and tried to purchase tickets online but were unable to get the promotional code number recognised. After several abortive attempts we drove 14 miles to the cinema in Aberdeen and asked to redeem the voucher at the ticket desk. Despite the fact that they could have easily processed the ticket purchase on their in-house computer, the unhelpful supervisor told us to take it away and call the help desk if we continued to have problems!! So much for customer relations training! Furthermore, there is an online booking fee which reduces the value of the E-Voucher and makes them not worth the cost and the hassle.
