Worse expereince ever!!!

I organised the party on the 7th of December 2012, few days till the party I called them , but no one picked up the phone. Finally, we arrived to the party and there were no drinks on the table, I was so ebarased infront of the clients. The organisers checked the list and apparently we did not preorder anything! So we paid £1300 and did not receove even water!!! We had to order our drinks twice!
