I ordered 4 gifts to be delivered to family members in the UK (I live in the US). 3 were delivered, but the 4th was not. To avoid the Christmas rush, I had asked that all gifts be delivered by December 11th, 2013. So, when the last gift was not delivered, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it would arrive a day or two later. It did not, so I sent an email to them on December 16th. No response received. I sent another email on December 22nd, and forwarded their original email confirmation of the purchase. No response received to that inquiry, either. Their website guarantees 100% satisfaction, and suggests that questions or concerns be emailed to them. Again, I assumed the holidays might be the reason I had not heard back. But, after the New Year, I emailed again. I have still not heard from them. My credit card was charged, so they have my money, but they have never delivered the gift or bothered to respond to any of my inquiries to them. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service, and wonder if they are even a legitimate business. One thing is for certain...they have stolen my money and ruined the Christmas for the elderly person I had ordered the gift for. No one should use this company for any purchases.

I had the same experience.
I live in the UK - Chester. I ordered two gifts - one was delivered but the other never arrived to an important client.
My card was charged for two gifts
I phoned several times and sent numerous emails but no response.
I used them in the past with no problem.
