3 out of 5 hampers turned up with 3 days to go before Christmas (weekend before ignored), the last 2 hampers never materialised. Despite 4 e-mails over 3 days not had a single response. These orders were placed early December to ensure plenty of time for delivery. NOT what you spend £600 on!
Their premium rate phone number (0844...) forces you on hold for 20mins, before patience runs out and no one has yet replied to my repeated attempts at their 'chat' help.
UTTERLY APPALLING SERVICE!
