Ordered wine gift to go to Isle of Man. They missed first date of 19th December, changed the item and then missed second date of 22nd, and then missed Christmas Eve. I shall be talking to Trading Standards. Live Help is a joke. Not to be trusted, and not responding to messages. Or phone calls. Avoid at all costs. Not serious. No commitment to customer service.
