Carolyn Humphries, The Classic 1000 Chicken Recipes - This is an excellent book for those who really enjoy and use chicken as their primary meat choice... which I think is a lot of people nowadays!
I love chicken! Not only is it cheaper than most other meats, but it is also tastier, has less fat on it and is extremely versatile.
I went through a few chicken-focused cookery books before arriving on my favourite - the classic 1000 chicken. This book is crammed full of delicious recipes from all over the world and so far I have found it really easy to use as the instructions are simple. There are also great tips at the start of the book telling you how to cut chicken properly and how to freeze and re-heat it.
This book will definitely be on my shelf for awhile and what it lacks in pictures it certainly makes up for in taste!
