We heard about this service from a friend, and it did not disappoint. The letter arrived within a day of ordering, the process to order was quick and seamless as well. It was my son's 3rd Christmas, and he was so excited to open the letter from Santa on Christmas day that was personalised. We have kept this in a memory box and will be ordering for years to come. Thanks to the Lapland mailroom for making Christmas that little bit more magical with the service you provide!

Ordered a letter for my daughter from here as an little extra last minute thing, received well before Christmas, and letter was all printed in great quality, very "authentic" looking. Needless to say she loved it, would definitely be confident to use lapland mailroom again in future years!

Had to do a version myself on Christmas Eve and deliver it. No reply to emails, Groupon have been good so far, but I am out - as they say on Dragon's Den - avoid this company - their website is currently taking orders for 2024 - if you wish to borrow my ten foot bargepole please ask! Letting children down is not acceptable at Christmas ...or at any time

I ordered 3 letters from Lapland Mailroom this year at £8.95 each and none of them arrived. As my youngest daughter is getting older I feel this was the last year of the magic still being well and truly alive. I ordered the letters with the knowledge that they would be here well before Christmas Eve and I could pop the letters in my children’s Christmas Eve boxes. A tradition we have had for some years now. My daughter wrote her letter to Santa and the letter from Lapland Mailroom was carefully tailored to respond to her letter, except, it never arrived. I’m absolutely gutted! I attempted to contact them but received no response and have since noted that their website has need disabled. No letters, no refund and no way of contacting them now.

I ordered this for my grandson,paid the money for letter and postage!The postman wouldn't deliver it as they hadn't paid postage and my son in law had to pay a further £5 to get it.when I emailed them the answer I got was 'sorry dear,it's nothing to do with us'How unprofessional, will definitely not use again

It’s now 20th December and last day for 1st class. Wasted a lot of time filling out the forms. And no easy way to get a refund. Gutted and frustrated

I initially had some issues when I ordered and didn't receive a confirmation email, I contacted the what's app number and they were very prompt at replying and confirming my order status and the card arrived today! They offered to send special delivery at their own cost if I hadn't received by the weekend which was a nice touch. My daughter will be very pleased with her letter from Santa!

I ordered this through a Groupon deal on 16th October 2023. I never received a confirmation email and sent numerous emails with all details requesting confirmation as it was marked as redeemed immediately on Groupon. Still no reply, I have now asked Groupon to investigate. I am so disappointed for my Grandchild as I will now have to order from another company

Ordered on 20th November still no letter trying to get answers to why it hasn’t arrived is impossible

I just had to write a review. The kids loved the letter My Mrs couldn’t work it out either. She kept asking how Do they know what the kids want and who they ply with at school. Mental! Great Christmas letter. Came all the way from Lapland in 5 days Love it

Ordered through groupon 3 letters 28 th November ., Santa too busy to send blaming postal strikes seriously , contacted whic got a reply to say they would send finally got two January 8 th waste of money waste of time , not only failed me but failed the children ! Since sent emails from xmas no response obviously on holiday with proceeds !

Very disappointed as did not receive this letter. It's now Jan 1st and still no letter. My son is only 1 but it would of been special to get it in time for Christmas

Ordered Santa's letter again this year for the fifth successive year.He never fails to deliver it promptly and has now become part of the run up to Christmas.The personal message in the P.S. is a nice touch and the whole experience is exciting and very efficient. I ordered my letters 2 weeks ago and they arrived the day after ! Super prompt delivery , beautiful letters and certificates my girls loved them ! My son, who is 3, was so excited to get a letter in the post from Santa. He was so excited that Santa knew is name, where he lived and what he wanted for Christmas. He also loved the huge sticker. Everywhere we went he told people about his letter. Would definitely buy again in the future

Since my granddaughter was born 7 years ago I have got a letter sent to her. She is over the moon to receive a letter from Santa every year. Not sure how much longer she will believe. She loves the fact that Santa knows her name, what she wants as presents, what she left out for Santa and the reindeers. She is always over the moon that she is on Santa’s good girl list. I like the fact that she gets a certificate as well. I am extremely happy with her letter she receives every year. Worth the money to see her lovely wee face light up telling me all about her letter.
