Ordered an Easter egg but after phoning to check tracking (no tracking number available on line) was told that it had gone to main post office as there was apparently no reply at delivery address (daughter waited in all day and had mobile to hand as also left a contact number in case of issues). No collection card left and told to call post office myself to sort! Appalling service. AVOID!!
