Toffee crisps used to much bigger thicker and with more crisp . Now it seems someone has taken a big jack hammer and flatted the crisp right out of them,or maybe someone accidentally drove over them.they are just not the same at all and that's a shame because they were perfect before bring back the original or charge half the price

Used to ne my go to but now I just feel sick after eating it. My grandson calls it the poor man's double decker. Put remaining multipack in the bin and will never buy again.

“Melting oil on your tongue ”

This toffee crisp is the worst chocolate bar I have ever tasted. Never have I thrown a chocolate bar away. Used to love this chocolate, when it was creamy. Now it tastes like cooking oil. Yuk, cheap and nasty. Bet the CEO Of nestle doesn't eat it, or his kids. Worst chocolate bar ever

“Only the name remains!”

Fancying a toffee crisp for ages. Finally bought a pack of x4. Saw they were much smaller and different shape, denser.was willing to sacrifice quantity for quality and taste, hahahaha, such wishful thinking! Horrible sickley sludge. Non of the aroma and defined taste of crispies, caramel and chocolate. Gone, all gone to the bin of memory This is a fake not as good as the aldi fake ones and they are just better fakes!

“Awful”

written by Strath1 on 24/03/2023

Tastes like cooking chocolate....and I I cannot taste any toffee anymore... despite the name. It used to have a layer of chewy toffee. Now it's just horrible chocolate broken uncrispie crispies, covered in horrible tasting chocolate. I used to like a toffee crisp in the 80's and 90's. I bought these out of nostalgia, but what a disappointment.

“Not the same as before”

written by Cooley355 on 06/08/2016

Toffee Crisp was one of my fav chocolate snack bar since I was about 10 years old that was in the 60s.. over the years I have noticed a huge decline in quality. It used to be more crunchy with more toffee and more crunchy rice.now it is a mushy mess of chocolate and so many rubbish ingredients.. It tasted so horribly sweet my friend spat hers out..how people can give this even 3 stars is beyond me.obviously they don't remember what a good snack it once was.

“Not as good but still one of my favourites”

written by ChrisB92 on 18/11/2011

it's nice to see that even after around 10 years Toffee Crisp is still around, although it's not as good as it used to be I still like it and usually take one into college with me, I prefer buying multipacks as their better value for money rather than getting single packs which usually cost around 60-75p each. Overall very good sweet but the taste could be a bit better.

For most chocolate bars we enjoy the taste of the whole bar after we finish eating it, but Nestle Toffee Crisp is the only chocolate bar that you enjoy its taste in every bite. From the first bite to the last it is an alluring smooth taste like the warble of twit bird on a man's ear after a long day in the nuisance of today's city life. Tickling his emotions with the luscious taste of caramel laid gently on lightly rice crispies sunked in the irresistible taste of carefully selected chocolate glamour. Nestle Toffee Crisp gives a man the serenity to choose, the warmth to love, and the vigor to trail all in one bar.

Nestle Toffee Crisp. Great textures, but i dunno.. nestle chocolate isn't great i don't think. If only cadburys or galaxy could do versions, it would be confectionary perfection. However, its still very very yummy :) Chocolate & rice crispys together is a match made in heaven, add caramel and well.. that just seals the deal.

Loved the flavor and texture. Pure delight.Fantastic candy bar! I tasted it in one of the oldest pubs in England (not drinking, thank you) and bought more when touring London. Much to my dismay when I returned to Minnesota, I found they are not sold in the U.S. except over the internet, a loss for the U.S. I hope they find their way to store shelves soon.

Last night when I was drunk I went to the shop and had a scan at all the sweets available, and I chose a Toffee Crisp... Mmmmmmmmm, the excitement of opening the wrapper!! Just looking at the Toffee Crisp before eating it made me drool buckets full!! It's almost orgasmic just thinking about a Toffee Crisp! Now that definitely tickles my pickle!! Last night I ran about sticking a Toffee Crisp in every-one's face, and I paraded around my local hangout doing a sort of rain dance to the almighty Toffee Crisp!!

I had a Toffee Crisp when I was drunk last night from the chipper and it was amazing. I showed the Toffee Crisp to everyone in town and high 5'd everyone in celebration of the Toffee Crisp. Upon finishing such a delightful chocolate bar I put the wrapper on the ground and danced around it as a mark of respect.
