I spent hours adding stuff to my basket, finding make up, hair products etc, only to find after all that that I couldn't get to the payment screen. So what a complete waste of my time! I was using an iPad, which works perfectly well with other stores websites. I tried again the next day on my Nokia mobile only to get the same problem. SUPERDRUG please sort out your website, this isn't good enough!!!

I have had a huge problem with the website. Last night I tried to buy two items, only to find that there are 109 items listed as being in my basket at a cost of over £2000! Pressing "clear basket" just takes me to an error message. I tried on my tablet, my phone and my desktop and it was the same everywhere. Tried again this morning still the same and have now bought the products elsewhere!
