In response to reminders from the company, including one relating to last-order dates for the Christmas holiday period, I ordered my medication in good time.
When it did not arrive, I phoned the company but the lines were permanently engaged. A request for a 'call-back' received no reply.
An email complaint resulted in a response claiming that I had collected a prescription from my local surgery and it had been dispensed by a local pharmacy. This was simply not true.
Two days before the Christmas holiday the company is now unable to get the medicines to me until the new year, and has suggested I contact my local doctor for a prescription.
They seem to be in a state of complete chaos.
If they can't get the right medicines to the right people at the right time, they have paved the way for a foreseeable disaster.
