For the fourth time in succession the Arundel branch has failed to have our repeat prescriptions ready on time. Not only is the service useless but the staff are also rude. The manager just walked away when I made a minor complaint about the service. Lloyds, you really do need to sort this branch out! We are now going back to Boots.
