I have never experienced such inadequate customer service as Holland & Barrett. My parcel of goods never arrived even after several telephone calls so I rang to cancel. Im still waiting for a refund. I assumed they were a reputable business but im afraid they just dont give a damn! Do not order from them as this doesn't look like an isolated incident!
