I live in Italy and was delighted to find that Holland and Barrett are one of the few to deliver to this country. I received my parcel two days ago, only to find half the items missing - £50 worth. I've just written to them for the third time but have had no response. It's shocking for a company with such a big name to treat its customers in this way. Sadly, I saw these reviews too late or I would have thought twice about placing an order.

Any advice about how to proceed? Is there anyone I can contact to get my money back or my products? So disappointed!

Hi, the same happened to me, i live in italy too. I Made orders from them before and everything went great, but not this time. I spend about 50£ and i just received the half of my parcel! I sent them so many e-mails with no reply. Did They sent you the rest of your order or give you a refund or you lost your money? I hope you will reply me.
