If you buy instore they are the most helpful and efficient but its a totally different story if you buy online. I bought online on the 30th of Jan and I got an email confirming order saying it'd be shipped within 48hrs and delivery in 4 working days.
Whats a joke. Had to call them twice in mean time as hadn't received my order. Apparently they were waiting in part of the order to come into stock. I needed two of the items urgently which they had and they said they'd ship them out ahead of the others. A week later and they still hadn't done so. I finally got the 2 items today but they charged me for both even though i had gotten them in the buy one get one for a cent sale. Been trying to call them for a refund but getting a busy line! Nighmare
