received this today after spending a very long time trying to sort things out...
Thanks for your patience whilst we look into the location of your prescription order.
We have contacted our Pharmacy Team to chase the location of this replacement order. However, they have informed us that unfortunately, a replacement was not sent out due to the original order in January having already been signed for by you on the 25/01/2017.
Therefore, we are unable to send a replacement order out. As this order was originally placed in January, and you hadn’t received this, we would have requested that you contacted us closer to January to query the location of this order. As four months have now gone past, we are restricted in investigations which can be done.
