I have constantly received poor service from boots online repeat prescription collection service. This company do not deserve to continue offering such a service. I have now lost count of the amount of times they have messed up my prescription order, recently resulting in me going with out my much needed medication. The final straw for me is the lack of apology from their so-called customer care service when I made a complaint.
I have now reported Boots pharmacy to the GPC -general pharmaceutical council. I suggest others do the same.
