Only negative would be that the email I received after the survey was booked did not give an expected date for survey to have been published after completed. Not a major concern, just meant I emailed to ask after a couple of days - if I had know it would take 5 days would have just waited

Everything else was seamless and ran very smoothly. I liked receiving the survey electronically as it has made it very easy to forward to our solicitors.

Instructions about terms, payment and accessing the survey were very clear.
I guess the only last thing would be to produce a link to pay electronically as I am not very easy to contact by phone.
