I was really happy in particular with the fact that Richard spent a lot of time explaining his observations to me in person which made me feel very confident of the service which had already come recommended by a reliable third party and that I was cautioned against buying the first property that I looked at. I felt that the service was professional, thorough, thoughtful and good value. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again or to recommend it to another prospective purchaser having used it twice myself on different properties. I was also recommended a good solicitor whose services I have already found excellent on two occasions. Thank you.
