We visited Wetherspoons in Worcester city for lunch with our young children last week. We knew that the food wasn't going to be amazing given the cheap prices however what we didn't expect was for 1.2 a roast chicken to arrive still frozen!

My Husband took one bite and commented that it wasn't very warm, as he took his second bite he spat it back out immediately and showed me. I touched the centre and it was rock solid and ice cold. Terrible. Food obviously isn't being temperature checked before being sent out.

When he took the plate to the bar to complain the young girl just said she would bring him another!! NO THANK YOU. We had a refund and left.

Avoid unless you don't mind a little food poisoning.
