Entire experience was terrible! Dirty tables and floors in both dining area and kids play place, dirty men's bathroom, and many mistakes with order. No drinks with three different meals, missing cheese on two different sandwiches, no dipping sauce for two happy meals, old (not fresh) French fries with every meal. Worst of all: an employee came into the kids play place while we were trying to eat our poor excuse for a meal, and began sweeping and mopping right next to our table! She actually dragged the broom under our table next to our feet! She did this to the other families seated near us as well. and the manager let it all happen! Very displeased with the quality of our food, the employees, cleanliness of the restaurant, and most of all the management, for allowing this place to become such a dump! Overall grade: F.
