We are thrilled to recommend Easy Gourmet as caterers and event managers for any wedding. From our first meeting we felt like we were in extremely capable hands. The manager asked all the right questions - making sure we'd thought about details that would never have occurred to us - and struck just the right balance between adapting to our preferences and not being reticent in making suggestions, drawing on her extensive experience. She made herself available for discussions several times in the months leading up to the wedding, and worked hard to make sure that all the preparations were in place. We also appreciated that there was a consistently transparent discussion of the costs, and that Easy Gourmet worked hard to allow us to eke the most out of our budget.

Their food was delicious, and they did a wonderful job of making our venue (Old Finsbury Town Hall, in Islington) look magnificent. The service was prompt and professional throughout.

Easy Gourmet had never catered a Jewish wedding before, and they did an especially good job in being flexible, understanding, and proactive in catering our Kosher function, working with the Masorti Beth Din representatives to draw up Kosher menus, adapt their cooking schedule, source kosher ingredients (some from France and Israel) and kasher their kitchen. We were very impressed, as were the Masorti Beth Din reps, who have worked with several other caterers.

We have no reservations whatsoever in thoroughly recommending Easy Gourmet caterers, as we have been to all of our family and friends.
