WORST COMPANY & PRODUCT

WORST COMPANY EVER!
I don’t even know where to start! But I’ll keep my review accurate and too the point.

1. I really wish I’d of used the other personalised mat company now that come up in google search.
2. Original order was in September and have only just got all mats ordered, yes that’s nearly 3 months down the line.
3. They do not price match as advertised, mine got rejected as “Our quality is better than there’s” (classic) really? Cause believe me it’s not that great quality matting at all from here.
4. These guys are just resellers for the mats, they do not make them nor design them, think of them as counter sales people.
5. All mats are made abroad and are Wilkos quality, yes your paying for your logo & text.
6. The company are inexperienced, Google search says they have been in the business 50+ years, there website says 40+ years, Facebook says 25+ years… Which one is it? My guessing is a couple years by the service and quality I received.
7. Nobody answers the office phone.
8. My coir mat text looks terrible.
9. They kept sending the wrong sizes and blamed me (Classic) that I ordered wrong (I did not) Then made up there was a 2% size tolerance rule which isn’t mentioned on ordering (Well there not custom mats then are they?) Mine were way over this tolerance rule regardless.
10. It’s a long game to order, you go to them they go to manufactures abroad, manufactures abroad go back to them, they go back to you. Like middle men I suppose.

I can honestly say I’m so disappointed I used this company, and my advice for anyone else would be to research other companies. They have wasted so much of my time since the point of order.
