I've now placed three separate orders with Designer Carpets and Remnants (Spectrum) and I've been delighted with each one. Price is great, carpets are perfect, they send out samples to make sure you know what you're buying and nothing is too much trouble. I ordered my last carpet yesterday and it arrived today. Lin is so helpful and they really provide a brilliant service - it's much easier than going to a carpet shop and half the price. Have recommended them to loads of my friends. Totally trustworthy.

Right, never brought a carpet online before so was a bit weary. Went onto their wesbite and found the carpet i was looking for i gave them a ring and spoke to a lady who was very helpful who sent out samples of the carpet i wanted and others that she said i may like that were simlar. Samples came the next day ordered the carpet that day and carpet was delivered on time as requested and the carpet was in top notch condition as promised. recommend this company so helpful and put my mind at rest.
