Initially I got the wrong style of flooring delivered which was a picking error, however after contacting the returns dept a swap over was arranged at my convenience at my workplace. This meant I didn’t have to take another day off work which was great.

I’ve had the flooring for 3 years now and besides scratching quite easily it has been great, very nice to look at and very sturdy!
