We first contacted Flooring Supplies when gathering quotes from local businesses. On the phone, Flooring Supplies were the most helpful, polite and proactive. He followed my enquiries up promptly via email and was very professional and friendly. On contacting him again, to ask further questions, he showed great product knowledge and quickly helped me to compare different qualities and prices.
We decided to visit the Purley Way store, where we were able to browse without feeling pressured. He was available to help answer any of our questions. He had brilliant knowledge and was able to take us though the store giving us alternatives, outlining price, durability, look and practicality.

Flooring Supplies recommended a fitter to fit our flooring. He was very easy to contact and flexible when booking a date to lay the flooring. We felt assured that he had already fitted others in our new development. We were unable to be at home whilst he fitted the flooring however, he kept us informed during the day and made sure that we were able to make any necessary choices that arose. He also arranged and completed a few extras for us, including shortening 13 extra doors that we were left by the carpet fitter. He has done an excellent job with our wood floors and together with Flooring Supplies we have ended up with an excellent result that really enhances our new home.
