Not long had a new carpet from Drapers Carpets in Llanfairfechan. Carlo was brilliant in helping me and wife go through the massive choices. Good old fashioned customer service. No pressure, very relaxed and even had a coffee. Imagine going to one of those national retailers that give those false deals of 70% off a massively inflated price to begin with and they offer you a coffee. I found Drapers Carpets excellent value for money. The fitter turned up on time and got on with the perfect job. We are repeat customers of Drapers and this the 3rd home we have lived in and bought our carpets and flooring from Drapers Carpets... Excellent service and brilliant value for money.
