The company website states that there is a 1.95 surcharge for credit card transactions. It is hardly a prominent disclosure. They do not state that the renter has no alternative method of payment. The very least that should be done is to state that the surcharge is MANDATORY.

I tried to book a campervan explaining i was landing at 4.30, closing time of the renting place and got told it shoulden't be a problem, just to explain it on the booking request, I got told also I was going to receive confirmation before to proceed with payment. I have been charged instead of the bond and the company tried as well to charge me for the full amount with without letting me know if i could or not pick up the veichle the same day, straight away after 5 minutes from my request. I was lucky I didn't have sufficient founds of my saving account. When I called back I found rude and unprepared staff not able to deal with the problem. I decided to lose my deposit but I would never contact them again obviously and don't raccomend to anyone!!!

We had such a fun vacation in the motor home. I would really recommend motor homing as you get the flexibility to see so much more and laugh your way along from place to place. Our holiday in BC was perfect thanks to rv rental sale finder Canada!

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding here. Maybe the process has caused some confusion. We have two options within our website, one is to get a "quote", the other is to make a booking. In order to secure a booking and have the vehicle removed from sale to anyone else a deposit is required at that point. It looks in this instance like you tried to make a booking which has led to the issues you have mentioned above. We do take our customer service very seriously at rvrentalsalefinder and we have some dedicated staff who will look into any problems.
