Very interesting newsletters with tips on how to keep ones caravan in tip top condition and winterisation tips. Friendly staff on the telephone and helpful, what more does anyone want. Having not insured a static caravan before I was unsure how to proceed, I was talked through the process by the sales person and they explained what was covered and what was not. They went through which extras some people thought useful and others that we might just be interested in. I was offered extras but not in a pushy way and it was clearly explained I could always add them later if I changed my mind. The person was friendly knowledgable and took their time explain the details. I was extremely satisfied by the service provided.
