Company take excess from your account before you even pick the motorhome up. I paid £147 for the priviledge to lower my excess to £120, glad I did as it took them over a month to refund back onto my credit card, it cost me money to have my own money refunded. YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE MOTORHOME DAMAGE FREE.
