First visit to look at a new caravan we were left to look with no pestering from salesmen.we found the layout which we liked and decided to buy.we then met a smart dressed salesmen who was very knowledgable with all the questions we asked. We were then taken to a nice warm office had a very good cup of coffee did the deal with no pressure from the salesmen . We were told the van would be ready in in a months time and it was. We have just purchased a new caravan at the NEC camping and caravan show, the salesaman even though this is not his normal role was very helpful and got the answers we requred even If he had to ask a fellow colleague, he was polite and very friendly and put us at total ease, along with the person who sorted out the finance side of things. Very pleasant welcome by the service department staff who immediately had the appropriate paperwork to hand and updated the work schedule with various additional matters we wished them to take a look at. This is our second caravan purchase from Wandahome and yet again we received excellent service. We called in on the off chance looking for a caravan with the single beds. I recently purchased a 1 year old Swift Prestige and was served by a nice young man and helped myself and my wife chose a van for our needs. The caravan itself is superb and really pleased with it. However, at the time of sale I noticed a couple of things and as a deal maker I was told no problem. 1. The vanity mirror was missing - no problem he said there will be one installed 2. Wandahome (South Cave) sell themselves as 'Selling you your perfect lifestyle caravan or motorhome is just the beginning. Our highly skilled and stocked repair centre is one of the best in the country.' Unfortunately my experience is massively different to this. The sales team made an px offer and then decided it was too high so tried to cut the price in half. The handover then took another 3hrs to handover. On 20th June 17 I replaced my 2012 Sterling Elite Diamond 2 berth caravan, a lovely example I might add, for a 2015 Lunar Eclipse 4 berth with 2 proper beds either side of the van, which are extremely comfortable we have to say. We have just purchased a new (2016 model) Swift Corniche, it was at a nicely discounted price that we couldn't refuse, after much research on alternatives. Our old van is in storage at Wandahome and the offer of part ex was reduced after damp was found around the back window. I was not aware of it but when I looked under the rear window seal it was indeed saturated and would have been expensive to repair. “Unfair practices”

Had to cancel order of new caravan 3 MONTHS! before it was even set to be built at the factory. Wandahome would not return phone calls so I put it in writing. They said they didn't receive it even though it was signed for and I have proof of posting and delivery. They refused to return my deposit of £2,000.00 claiming that they could not cancel the order at the factory and that it would be difficult to sell because of upgrades that I wanted. I returned to South Caveon my way home from the first time use of a new Swift Corniche van which had 6 niggles arising from items which did not worked/had broken. The service reception manager listened sympathetically to my list, phoned the service manager offered my and my wife a cup of coffee, and while we enjoyed the coffee theyhad in 30+ minutes repaired/sorted all the problems. We bought our 2017 caravan from Wandahome South Cave at the NEC caravan show in October 2016 and collected our van in November 2016. “Efficient and effective experience”

I had a phone call the day before I was due to collect my new caravan to confirm the everything was on schedule. Wandahome have their own small caravan park on site, which is really handy, especially when travelling from Scotland with my trade in. We took delivery of our new caravan from Wandahome South Cave recently and cannot praise them enough for the service they have provided. We purchased the van at the NEC show in Oct 2016 and were given a delivery date of Feb 2017. However, this was delayed to March by Swift the manufacturer.
