Unfair practices

Had to cancel order of new caravan 3 MONTHS! before it was even set to be built at the factory. Wandahome would not return phone calls so I put it in writing. They said they didn't receive it even though it was signed for and I have proof of posting and delivery. They refused to return my deposit of £2,000.00 claiming that they could not cancel the order at the factory and that it would be difficult to sell because of upgrades that I wanted. Two months on from the time that it should have been delivered, it has never appeared on their website or sales area for sale. So where is it? I believe they did actually cancel the order at the factory but still kept my deposit. Following a recent phone call, I now know that they don't have any morals or scruples - spoke to a very unsympathetic woman with an awfully brusque manner. If they had returned my deposit minus 10% to cover expenses I would have been happy but they have no intention of returning a penny. BEWARE! DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT OF ANY AMOUNT THAT YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE!!
