Got five star plus for my car at metrocentre branch, looked ok in the parking lot. In sun side mirrors still dirty, rims have marks, trunk not hoovered and front grill not cleaned still have leafs in it.

No shine in the paint work so what kind of 5* plus work....

I visited car valet UK at princess shay Exeter. I have visited then before so knew what i wanted and how much it cost.

When we asked for the clean we had had previously they quoted up £39 for a clean we previously paid £27 for - when questioned the price amazingly became £27.

Price agreed we checked the car thoroughly and no damage was seen.

On return (just as we left the carpark and came into the light) we noticed the windscreen was cracked across the top!

I phoned them immediately and left a message on the answerphone. They contacted my after much too-ing and fro-ing, and then refused to accept that they had caused the damage as i couldnt prove they had caused it, the tone of their letter also implied that even if i had told them straight away, then they would claim it was already there under the dirt! I have contacted NCP and they inform me that there are lots of complaints about over-charging on going.

Do not use this company! they are dishonest and they dont care!

Awful service at Norwich Chapelfield branch. Car wasn't cleaned properly, with patches of dirt all over. Refused to pay the asking price of £23 for a badly named '5 star' valet. I could have done better with a bucket and dirty rag. Will not use them again. Wish I'd read these reviews before dropping the car off.

Been to hull branch prospect centre, bullied into the 5 star plus for 25 when I only wanted the 5 star at 16 pound but the young man said you don't get everything with this package even though it is exactly the same as the 5 star plus but without the hand wax/polish. What I wanted was listed on the wall under the heading 5 star. He was very pushy and I really felt pressurised. On return it looked like a good job at first glance, I pointed out some bits that needed a bit more of a polish but didn't look too closely as I felt quite intimidated. On driving home my passenger had gloves on and kept rubbing her finger around the inside,mainly around the hand break and she was covered in fluff and dust. Also wheels where still filthy on the inside, you could see where he had just wiped the outside edge. Car still black muck in parts outside and Paintwork had a few white powdery patches on where it had not been buffed. Lastly when my friend got out her jeans where soaked from the seat which we did not get warned was wet. Overall a shocking clean for 25 pound. You do not expect to have to drive home to have to clean it all again yourself. Won't be using you again I'm afraid

The worst car wash I have ever used. £35 for a full valet...and I had to go around the car afterwards and show them about 10 areas that had been missed. Got home and looked at the wheels in the daylight and they weren't even cleaned properly. Avoid at all costs. I used the centre at Watford.

Had a 5* valet at the Metrocentre and I would NEVER have my car valeted here again. I complained about the ridiculously bad valet that had been done and sent in photos. The boot wasn't cleaned, the inside was not cleaned or hoovered and I was left with a small black scratch on the back. I was given a free 4* valet as a goodwill gesture, when I tried to redeem this at the metro centre the two members of staff refused to complete the valet and laughed at me then hid behind a car. NEVER AGAIN. Such bad service.

DO NOT USE the metrocentre (Gateshead) branch, paid £18 for a 5* valet and only half a job done. The cleaning is done in the pitch black on the ground floor of the multi storey carpark. It looked on initial inspection that it was job done, however on further inspection in daylight the work carried out was far from satisfactory. There was still dirt in the interior, the wing mirrors were still dirty, sills not cleaned and the boot was not touched and stil full of grass cuttings. VERY UNIMPRESSED! This was the first and last time I will ever use this company!!!!!!

I never write reviews, I wish i had read these first, I took my car in to get washed and hovered (car only two weeks old) I selected the 4* service @£23. Car is dirtier than before it was washed. In side of the car some how seems worse than before they started, please avoid they have ruined my new car, I will be spending my day tomorrow cleaning the car myself, what a total waste of time and money, AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never again thought I was saving myself time.for the price £8 car wash you'd expect car to be clean how wrong could I be .Not even worth a one star .staff are rude and customer service does not exist.

Located inside the Red Mall car park at Gateshead Metrocentre car valet UK are conveniently located so your car can cleaned while your shopping.

The cleaning however is rubbish, you expect when paying £34 for a valet that at the least your alloys will be sparkly clean instead of looking like they had been wiped with a damp cloth. After taking my car through a drive through last week it wasn't even that dirty but still they couldn't manage to clean them up.

On the inside the steering wheel was polished and slippery along with the pedals.

Dirt was left on the passenger footwell.

Dirt marks on door were not cleaned.

I was told it would be a 2 hour job but I feel they spent 30 mins maximum.

Very disappointed and will absolutly avoid them in the future no matter how convenient they are.
