Car had to be returned after repair as still could see a dent. No problems accepting it back. 2nd repair finally lovely job.
Had to wait on 2 occasions for a couple of hours after the allocated time frame for delivery of courtesy vehicle & my car pick up. 2nd courtesy car had engine diagnostics light come up & needed oil!!!!!!!!!
Staff at Solus Basingstoke were very helpful on the phone & kep’t me constantly updated.
Overall couldn’t say it was hassle free & would look elsewhere for a better experience!!!!!
