My beautiful Mercedes failed to start on several separate occasions. My mechanic was flummoxed and I was desperate. I randomly called MercServices and they immediately invited me to bring the car over. They accurately diagnosed the problem as a faulty relay. They charged me £10 for the part plus labour, all done within the hour. Wow! What a brilliant team. I am truly very grateful.

First let me say that the owner, is a true legend who went above and beyond to provide me with an A+ service from start to finish!!

They are the first mechanics I have used that confidently know what they are doing when diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and when they weren't sure, they stopped at nothing to find out. They demonstrated genuine care for their customer needs which you get from the moment you call them up which I find is rare these days.

The repair costs were very reasonable and far cheaper than the Mercedes Main Dealer. For the service I received it was worth every penny!

I will most certainly use MercServices in the future to handle my car needs and I would definitely recommend them as your No 1 choice if you are a Mercedes Benz owner driver.

Been using Merc Services for probably 5/6 years now, to say they are amazing is an under statement.

Last year was a very difficult financial year for me and my car desperately needed a service, which I could not afford. So I took it in to them to just have an oil change, as I could not afford anything else. When it was returned I was shock to find they had given the car a full service. They kindly said it was totally free and the car needed a service and as a longstanding loyal customer going through a hard time they were happy to do it free. What garage or for that matter what company would do this in this day and age!

Given enough time they will collect your Mercedes or BMW from your home or office and return it afterwards.

They thoroughly explain any problem on your car and always charge a fair amount. Whilst being significantly cheaper than the main dealers and providing a 6* star service.
