Stay Well Clear Of The Cambridge Branch

I bought a car from elms Cambridge when I picked it up it did an expection of the vehicle to find a buldge in the tyre.

I pointed this out to the sales advisor which he agreed this was a defect and booked it in to have it sorted. When they where sorting this they damaged the alloey wheel. It wasn't till a few days later I notified this. So I rang and sent pictures for them to then agree this was their fault and yet again booked it back in to have work done. I was given a loan car whilst mine was being repaired. The service lady rang me and said mine was ready and I arranged a collection date. Then to receive a voicemail call from an angry salesman asking where his loan car was. I then get a second message apologising as he had found out I had agreed a pickup date with the service team. I pick the car up and left not one apology for all this bother I have had. i then notice chips on my bumper and paint missing with rust on. Bearing in mind I have had the car 3 weeks at that point there was too many chips for 3 weeks of driving. So I seeked professional advice on this which they told me to return to the dealership and speak to them. Which I did I spoke to the service manager and he looked at the car with me and clearly didn't want to help

So Was very rude and un-helpful made up

Some rubbish about paint rusting as soon as it chips. I raised a complaint as I was not happy about this, it was sent back to the branch where I still wait a response 6 months down the line. Also still waiting on a call back to book in a service that they said they'll do. STAY CLEAR of elms Cambridge bishops stortoford or Bedford is just a short drive up the road.

Bad Bad Customer Service In The Car Service Department

I have created account on this review website just to tell everyone what a horrible horrible experience I had in their car service department.

Bad service and they were going to charge me a fortune. This is not my first BMW but never been treated like an idiot before. I went to another BMW service centre and got the job done in 10% of the cost they quoted me.

I was going to buy a new car at the beginning of next year from Elms when the new registration plates start. Someone can forget getting a penny from me now.
