This 'company' will offer an initial quote then when they have your car they will double it and threaten you with extortionate labour charges and cancellation fees. You will be held to ransom to go ahead and have to pay more money to avoid the above. Then the repair will not happen. They will not answer your calls or your emails. You will go to the police who will say it is a civil matter and you will have to waste more money on solicitors. You will write to trading standards many times to be ignored. You will feel scared and in fear and have nowhere to turn. You will consider cutting your losses to be out of this horrible situation - you will not be able to as they will then charge you for 'storage'. They will refuse to return your car and if you try to get it back you wont be able to as it probably will not drive without an engine. You may be told by your solicitor that if you remove your car they may have a claim against you. The final stage is you will be threatened with further charges and people entering your home to remove your goods even though they have your car, no repair and your money and all you want to do is escape. They are still trading but in court in March all this is true please avoid.
