takes far to long and to many mistakes on paperwork had to keep re signing documents and kept being told different excuses for the time taken to pay out for the car. They fed me a pack of lies through out this process. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! very under qualified company to be arranging finance for customers it took over a week to finalise a very simple application and all proofs sent on the day via email which they lost and had to be re sent.

Applied online and having a really bad credit rating did not expect much, but was accepted subject to document and salary check. All through this process I spoke to #### who was very helpful, professional and friendly and made the whole process hassle free. He arranged all the paperwork with the car dealer and the lender and I really had little to do apart from sign the agreement and pick up the car. For those who have had problems with credit ratings I can't recommend them enough.

Having bad credit rating most.....well nearly all wont touch you with a barge pole or will simply tar you with the same brush in not understanding why it might be and just simply be as rude as possible. Toby/Warehouse however are absolutely excellent!! Toby returned all my calls, emails and even though I was practically phoning him everyday he didn't stop providing a brilliant and professional service. He spent hours helping me search the car I wanted and yep I ended up getting one :)!! Being in recruitment myself I would definitely hire Toby. I hope his efforts are recognised and I would definitely say he is management material! Thanks Toby really appreciate all you have done!!

Anyone who has been through the exhausting process of trying to get car finance with a poor credit history will be aware of just how daunting it can be. Our experience with CARLOANWAREHOUSE was surprisingly different and wholly recommended to anyone who might need such a service in the future. Our personal advisor was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and a thoroughly helpful chap. This was also our experience when dealing with other members of the team. Customer service at it's best and how it should be.

My dealings with The Car Loan Warehouse far exceeded my expectations. Their service was prompt and efficient, and they responded very quickly (usually within an hour) to all my correspondence.

I managed to make all the neccessary arrangments from my desk at work - no long phone calls, no hoops to jump through - the web chat is a particularly helpful feature.

The only aspect marring my dealings with them is that I think the charges are a little unreasonable for things like changing direct debit dates etc, but I have litterally not got a single other bad thing to say.
