Booked 8 months in advance for a special occasion. Not once but twice at the same time. They Phoned 2 days before the 1st event saying there was problem with the vehicle and we had to pay a further £80. (Don't know why we paid more as it was their fault!!)

2nd Journey- same vehicle came - on the return journey we broke down on the Motorway leaving us stranded for 4 hours with 3 80 year old ladies with dementia.

They sent for a mini bus which was very slow and they demanded further payment at the services!!! 

Commination and customer service is shocking no empathy. Once they have your money they aren't bothered . I will be writing to trading standards to as in their contract it states a replacement vehicle to the same quality or better would be provided - this was certainly not the case.

We had to provide our own glasses and water.. which he used to put in the radiator with no re imbursement. Total disaster... never again !!!

I am only providing a 1 rating as there is no option to provide a 0. I booked a Porsche with them in January for a wedding in April. I got a call the day before the wedding to say the car had been written off yesterday, I found out from the supplier of the car that the Porsche was actually written off 3 weeks ago. Yet the company failed to inform me, I could have sourced another car if they had informed me. Then I was offered a Range Rover in place of the Porsche, according to them a Range Rover is of the same if not better quality than a Porsche. I specifically told them on the phone that I did not want a Range Rover and wanted a refund. They sent an updated terms and conditions form with the Range Rover, I did not sign the form or provide any verbal confirmation of my acceptance to have the replacement car. They themselves cancelled the order the following day without providing my £400 deposit. Since then I have also found that they charge £1000 for the Range Rover and yet rival companies only charge £600 for the same model.

I have reported my concerns to trading standards as this is a horrible way to do business, they ruined my wedding day and then refused to provide a refund because their car was written off 3 weeks ago and I refused to have a Range Rover in place of a Porsche.

I never give negative reviews as I understand we should help small businesses but I would urge anyone thinking of renting a car to look elsewhere as this company is not cheap and they break their own terms and conditions and try to make out that it is the customers fault and then keep their hard earned money and ruin their event.

Initially the Salesman who is a one man band and not a company as made out and a BROKER charged me £150 deposit when the limo arrived the driver said if we booked with him directly I would have saved £150. The Limo owner only made £150 so how can a broker sit on his backside and take £150. I paid £300 in total and couldve booked with the driver and paid half. He promised me disco features etc etc there wasnt even an ipod cable or doc. Be careful of this company they are ripping off naive innocent members of the public and Limousine owners. I explained cost was an issue and he promised I was getting a fantastic deal.

Very upset as it was for my little girl who was suffering from Leukemia and they took advantage of us. NEVER AGAIN... I have written to Trading Standards. And have contacted my credit card company!! This has made me mad that £150 could have been used on treatment!!!!
