Please teach your employee SUNNY how to deal with a customer.

He dont know about a girl’s privacy.He called me early morning to return the car even though i was covered for the rental on that day.

They are so rude and are not in a mood to extend the days of rental.

We received excellent service from Sunny the first time we used Xceed, which happened to be over the holidays. When no other rental company could help us, Xceed did. They picked us up at the airport on Christmas day and took us back on New Years day. We loved the car we rented and the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company when you need to rent a car!!

Very RUDE. Attempted to rent a car told one price on the phone another when I got there. Asked to provide proof of insurance I did then he asked me to call to verify by calling them. I think he did that because of the colour of my skin. My. insurance company is ALLSTATE which is a reputable company. Needless to say didn't rent the car because I felt insulted. Went to ENTERPRISE treated with respect and got a car for $30 cheaper.

We rented a car from xceedcarrentals and toured all over Mississauga. The car was dropped off at the hotel at the pre-arranged time. The staff was very helpful to give us instructions and suggest places to see in Mississauga. He even gave us a map of the area that we planned to travel to. The car was in great condition, except from the usual scratches that you expect on a car in Mississauga! I would happily use it again. The rental was substantially cheaper than anything offered by the mainstream car hire agencies. Your rate can only be 10/10!
