Total Joke
Went through the whole process "Costas" was completely polite and helpful up until the pount i sent all my details twice. I can only assume that the underwriters didn't except me although if I'm honest I have no idea as they failed to ever make contact again... They didn't inform me I hadn't passed checks or if there was any problem etc they took all my details including driving licence pictures bank statements and wage slips.. And disappeared. Hurendous customer service. I emailed four times to "Costas" asking him to respond to me or at least let me know if my information was distroyed etc... Yet again no reply and no response even to this day they have not responded.. Please be aware.. I suggest using a different company

Recently Acquired A Van For My Business
Very helpful and efficient staff couldn't have asked for more as I needed a van too keep my new business going,all paperwork and Transfer of van went throu effortlessly,they found the right van for my job,always their too help as I was runing late too pick van up due too delays and it was all arrange for me too pick up without hassle,I would recommend useing ultrecar too anyone.first class service.

I have recently recieved my new car from ultracars and I couldn't be happier . The staff at ultracars are so helpful the person was who delt with my application and was great so I would definatly recommend any body having trouble getting car finance

Couldnn't Ask For More!
After having problems obtaining credit to purchase a new car, My husband and i decided to go for a non-status lease. After being in contact with several companies and given extremelly high prices for small family cars, we found Ultracar. The whole process was simple. Dave Riches at Ultracar is extremelly helpful and kept me informed with decisions being made etc.
Once i completed the online application form, i received a call from Dave to run through the application. He gave me a rough idea of the prices for the cars we were looking at, and was surprised as i expected it to be the same as any other company, asking for silly money per month just because it's non-status. Dave contacted me the same day to say that we have been accepted and told me what cars were available. We agreed on a car, paid our deposit and collected the car yesterday from CVS in Lingfield. Both Ben and Gary from CVS are two other helpful gentlemen, and answered every question we had.
When we arrived to collect the car, it was ready waiting for us. It is in amazing condition with only 15,000 miles on the clock!
My husband and I cannot thank Dave at Ultracar enough, as we didn't think we could get a new car until our credit rating improved!
I will be recommending them to all our friends who are looking to lease a car, and will be dealing with them again in 3 years time!!
