Do not hire from this company. I paid for a car hire for one week, including wifi and sat nav. When the car was delivered it did not have either and I was assured I would be refunded the 50 euros I had paid and this would be done when the car was collected. This never happened and despite several e-mails to the company i have never received a refund.

Absolutely positive experience with Pingouin Car Hire. We had a car accident, when another car hit our car when our car was parked on the road. We filled in the accident form with the driver and called Pingouin Car Rental to discuss this situation. Their solution was very quick and heplful. They delivered another even better car on the same day, took care of the damaged car and fully reimbursed our deposit as it was not our fault. This saved a lot of our stress and a lot of time. We really did not want to sit at home while vacationing on Mauritius! Thanks to all the staff involved. Highly recommended.
