It Not Worth It
On Feb 17 2024 I booked to rent a car to get back and forth to work until my car was fixed . These companies think people just have money to give away. I've never rented a car did not know you had to have a credit card in order to rent a car . So I was not able to get rental car the company refuses to give me back my money when I never got the rental car so I just gave a $400 . They said when you book for it it tells you you need credit card well for some reason it was not taking my card so I never seen any of that on the website when booking car . I had to call my bank to find out what was going on cause it was telling me I had insufficient funds. Then seconds I get a call from the company telling me it was booked and they took out 2 trans actions out my account not one time did the say to me that I had to have a credit card when booking and going to rental place.So because I did not have it they did not say you will get your money . They just took the money . So I say to please make sure you have everything you need so you don't lose money and just give car rentals free money.

No One Replies When Sending Messages After A Cancellation
(1) First of all, unlike other car rental companies, they will charge 60 Euros (or US$65) if one cancels in a timely manner unless one agrees to have the money left with the company for future rentals. This option is buried under "Modifications" in a lengthy terms & conditions explanation and not at all apparent when first booking. Our expectation was that if we cancel within the allotted time, we would have all of our funds back. (2) Once one cancels, there is no acknowledgment by the company showing that one requested the funds to be credited back to one's credit card used for payments which they say can take up to 3 weeks so one is left wondering if we will get our money back (minus the $65)! In our situation we paid $2,803.73 and found a much less costly option so we chose to cancel, only receiving the cancellations notice but without any mention of what will happen with our funds. Lack of transparency and failure to reply to the important matter of acknowdging one's choice -even at a cost of $65- is unacceptable business practice. I would never recommend doing business with this firm which we did through third party EconomyBooking.com
This So-called Company Took My Money!! Avoid Them!!
I reserved a car 7/6/23 through this COMPANY and canceled the next day. My refund was promised within 7-10 days. It is now OCTOBER 27, 2023 and no refund, no contact number or email… NOTHING!!! Na no integrity with this FAKE COMPANY and I AM ANGRY! You owe me $217.48!
I had the same experience. Still no acknowledgment to the $2,803.73 we paid on Dec 30, 2023 and cancelled within the permissible time for a refund. It is now January 13, 2024. The company in a hidden spot on their contract under "Modifications" notifies one that they will keep 6o Euros or $65 US if one opts to have the funds back to their credit card instead of leaving it with the company for a future rental. We found a less expensive option and cancelled within 48-72 hours, well in advance of the cut off for refunds. While we got an automated cancellation notice by email, no acknowledgment was provided about our choice to have the funds back to our credit card. They are not transparent and don't get back to customers. We may be forced to enter the funds as a disputed charge with our bank. We are giving them another week.

Nano Car Rental - Economy bookings is an online sham !!! If you cancel your booking they do not refund your $$ and you cannot reach anyone to discuss your refund. All you will receive is automated emails, with no reply to your questions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL -

After I booked a car I went to pick it up the rental company refused to deliver the car as I was using Apple Pay due to the fact that my card was under replacement due to a fraudulent transaction.
I called the customer service but they never replied then I sent them an email but they refused to refund the amount of USD 994.77, they said as a good gesture from their side they will issue me a car rental voucher which I declined as I already rented a car, they even denied the transaction dispute I made thru my bank, they just took my money.
Guys take care don’t rent any car from them

Deceptive Online - They Cancelled Reservation Whitout Refund
After charging my Credit card $361 they cancelled the reservation without my permission the day of the rental without refund. I ended up paying $670 at the Thrifty booth on the day off after they told me at the counter that the prepaid reservation was cancelled. I had no warning of communication from Nanocarrentals.com
This is a total ONLINE TRICKERY... do not fall for it.

You took money out of my account after I rented a vehicle April 1 and it was posted charged to my account on 4-2. $213.27. I did not receive my email confirmation as you stated I would. I am in need of rescheduling my car rental. Since I cannot get ahold of you I am going to report you to my credit card and dispute the payment. Also, I plan to report your name to Better Business Bureau. According to your website it appears that there have been issues for others. I learned a good lesson to only rent from trusteed names.
