DO NOT BOOK with add car, same company as MEX and nu car rentals. They take your money and don't give it you back. We bought full insurance when booking. Then they wanted 3000 euro deposit on arrival or they won't give you the car. We lost all our money. They are very arrogant and there is no reasoning with them. BEWARE!

Great service! Perfect car. We rented a Renault Clio Grand Tour. Car was delivered perfectly on time at our apartment in the centre of Sofia and also picked up after three week holiday. We drove from Bulgaria to Varna and back. Car was clean, brand-new and everything perfectly in order. The son of the owner delivered the car to us and he was very friendly, well-informed and enthousiastic. He even helped us find a parking ticket which is not so easy in Sofia (if you are not used tot the system). The car had everything we needed including good sound system and lots of space. We recommend hiring at Nay Car to anyone who needs a car in Bulgaria.

I was worried because I don't speak Bulgarian but there was nothing to worry about. Communication was excellent and the whole rental experience went flawlessly. The 2004 VW Polo was delivered to our hotel exactly on time and with a quick pre-check and orientation we were on our way. By returning the car gassed up, in good condition and on time it made payment easy, affordable and exactly as expected. I would recommend renting from NAYcar.
