So many hidden additional charges, at the end you pay 4 times of the first price.

Bad Experience, Terrible Staff That Phisically Attacked Us
the worst experience ever! Hunderds of hidden costs which are allegedly written in the terms and conditions which is false. At the end we had to pay double amount than expected. When we wanted to cancel the reservation, the lady working for them physically attacked our friend. We called the police and initiated a lawsuit. AVOID!!!!

Kwl Has Some Of The Worst Customer Service A Car R
KWL has some of the worst customer service a car rental company could ever have. They tell you to pay without saying how much you're paying. They also have a LOT of hidden costs that they only tell you when you come to pick up the car. The price advertised has nothing to do with actual price that you would end up paying.
