Booked a car online with request for delivery and collection. Nothing too much trouble. Delivered on time (in fact 15 mins early) and collected on time too. Paperwork simple/payment simple and very fairly priced. Car as expected. Brilliant!

“Braun Car Rent Phuket”

Just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks in Phuket Thailand, we rented a private villa which was lovely but not in the town centre so on a friends recommendation we decided to rent a car. 

This turned out to be a very good decision as on the odd occasion that we didn’t want to drive (in the evenings) we found local transport rude and expensive. We rented from Braun car rental who we found to exceed expectations. 

The car was very good though it was their top of the line vehicle, a Toyota Fortuner, but we needed the 7 seats. Price was reasonable and included insurance and delivery. Parking can be difficult in some places on the island which nobody warned us about but generally okay. 

The main reason I wanted to praise Braun was that when left the lights on one evening and the battery went flat we called them at 10.00pm  not really expecting any help until the morning but even at that time they were with us in 45 minutes to help us on our way. 

The service was very friendly and the car was perfect, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone visiting Phuket.
