Rented a minibus from this company at Wroclaw Airport. Advised 4 days prior to pick up that a minibus was not available and "two large cars" would be provided instead. Reluctantly agreed to this as no other alternative was given. On arrival at the airport agreed with Awos24 that upon return of the cars a small discount would be applied to cover the extra cost of fuel. Sadly when we returned the cars, a different person was on duty and although he claimed to be the manager he was unable to help us as his co-worker had not informed him of the arrangement. After much discussion he would not call his employee nor offer to do it later. He merely told us to call him when his colleague returned from holiday in 2 weeks time, quite how that would make any difference I fail to see... unbelievable! Shocking customer service and employees who couldn't care less. I certainly will never use this company again.
