I booked a car for family trip to Slovakia. They brought car to Vienna airport with a paid vingette which was very helpful.. car was tip top condition people were nice on time and always efficient to deal with.. I highly recommend this company. I will surely be using their service in the future.

Rental prices were very good.

Unfortunately, we did not understand what was wrong with them. They do not respond to mail and by phone at all - this is not acceptable, so never!

Abrix is a great company to rent a car from. We had such pleasant experience. We rented their car for 10 days during Christmas-New Year vacations. We used their transfer from Vienna airport as well. Everything was so easy and convenient.

We used to rent cars from brand names companies before, and when we compare overall experience including price and customer service, Abrix is much better.

We will definitely rent a car from Abrix for our next travel again.

Tried abrix for the first time a few weeks ago. This is the most straight forward hire company I've ever encountered. Imagine a car hire company without all the red tape and simple but fantastic service. That's this local company. Really can't recommend them enough. Corporate car hire could learn a few things from them. Have recommended them to friends already.

Been using Abrix for my winter holiday ,no deposit needed, car keys straight after I landed,cash on the collection , they even prepaid for the road tools for all year so you can hit any motorway without worries. Top service , totally recommend!!

I have used Abrix a couple of times after using several different car hire companies and without a doubt they are the best around, highly professional, speaking foreign languages, competitive with prices, providing a high level of service- I will only use Abrix in the future.

Not only the price for a two weeks car rental with two car seats, sat.nav. was way much better compare to other companies, the staff was really nice.perfect communication, on time.we decided for transfer and on the way back my youngest daughter decided to be a pain but driver was great, helpful and took it with humor. we are definitely going to use this company again.so pleased!

After bad experiences with main stream car rental companies (e.g. obliged extra insurance to compensate for lower credit card guarantee) we decided to go for Abrix, after finding it via Google and reading a few reviews.

Simply said: all expectations perfectly fulfilled:

-Ontime delivery (we did have to call to find the delivery guy, but we were a little late out)

-correct delivery (car as we ordered)

-No hassle with credit card guarantee

-Perfect english service

-Paperwork done in 10min

-Two good quality child seats included free of charge (main stream companies give you rubbish seats and charge for it)

-We decided to extend the rental for a few days, was arranged in 5 minutes over the phone

-Return was arranged swift: paperwork done in 5min (car redelivered with full tank and no damages)

-far Cheaper than airport based rental companies

Fantastic friendly service from this car hire firm. They were waiting for us when we landed & the exchange of keys and paper work was done quickly and they even made sure our sat navigation was set up in English and we were on our way. Used the great little skoda for 10 days and throughly enjoyed it. Only one small problem with the sat navigation on the last few days which when we told them about it they recompensed us some money for this. They were waiting for us when we arrived back at Bratislava airport and the hand over went just as smoothly as when we collected the car. I highly recommend their service and I shall be using them again myself when I return.

I tried several times to rent a car from them. Never again. Forget this company. Why?

- extremely bad attitude. When I complained about their lack of professional approach, he wrote me a hate email stating I'm stupid and rude, that I'm forgetting my place (!!!) and that I'm dealing with the best car rental company in the town. Well, never again!

- they will bring you car late, I had to wait half an hour

- they speak broken English, more like Russian mob than a fair company

- they are rushing you through car inspection

- although they require you to send your rental request via their web, they never give you the car you wanted and say they never have any other car free

- they let you wait several days, never mail or call back. Then you have to call. The guy is always "out of office" and then tells you they don't have any car free (in the middle of April?) (happened to me 3x)

- reviews you read here are paid reviews written by his friends and staff (confirmed).

Be smart and don't make the same mistake I made. Go somewhere else (Budget, etc) just not this one-man-show who claims to be "the best" and then tells you where your place is. This is how Bratislava brats deal with customers.
